Leaders of Elberen

I was wondering who all the major faction/race leaders are in Elberen.

Well let me see....


Lady Ivaine Escalliot: (currently missing) Queen of Aranorn. It is assumed that the Council Of Mages will elect an interim leader to command Aranorn's forces until the Queen can be found (if she still lives).

Grondthanc Grimhammer: High Chieftain of Dharfang.

Jaenar Frostflame: Queen of Hralfstaag and the Jogun Tribesmen.

The Sickle Moon Circle: A council of Elden Windspeakers from every Elden Tribe. There is no single leader.

Lord Corsello and Lady Sitha: King and Queen of the Isle of Corte and the Sprites.



And, of course, there are the lands that are off the map which we've yet to explore.

Jaenar Frostflame: Queen of Hralfstaag and the Jogun Tribesmen.



Who are these people?

Northern barbarians who live high in the icy mountains. We've not encountered them. Think big, muscular Norsemen. They mostly keep to themselves, save for the occasional raid on smaller settlements at the foot of the mountains.

So...are the mage's guild good guys? Because I need to know right away so I don't do something terrible next session haha.

Depends on who you ask. Certainly, they have done many good things for the city of Aranorn and its' people. They have also protected the city from invasion on at least two occasions. Some say that they are heroes and many revere them.

And others say that they are power-hungry politicians who have clashed with Lady Ivaine especially on more than one occasion, feeling that her restraints and laws governing the experimentation and use of magic in the city are pointless. Some also say that people who cross the Council's will have a tendency to have 'accidents' or disappear entirely.

You decide.

I have a reservation at Shallin's Garden or a town square next session then...

The people of the capital display their opinion with some prompting from a certain Trall who will remain nameless...


...And the friendly Trall pop in for a vist!
